Promoter agreement
Version 1.0 of 16 September 2026 between FoxxCode GmbH, Blegistrasse 7, 6340 Baar ("MEEYO") and the person who submits the promoter application by ticking the boxes ("you"). Where language versions differ, the German version prevails.
1. What you do
You recommend MEEYO with your personal link, QR code or code to people you reach. Whoever registers through it is attributed to you (level 1). If you recruit further promoters, their customers are attributed to you as level 2, their promoters' customers as level 3. The agreement starts when we accept your application and send you your code.
2. What you receive
For each of your own paying customers, per month: year 1 CHF 4.00, year 2 CHF 3.00, year 3 CHF 1.50, year 4 CHF 1.00, year 5 CHF 0.50. For customers of promoters you recruited: CHF 2.00 / 1.50 / 1.00 (three years). For customers of their promoters: CHF 0.50 for three years. After that the commission ends. The customer's first payment is decisive; the years count from it. Founding customers (the first 500, one year free): the free year yields no commission; from their first payment, year 1 CHF 4.00, year 2 CHF 4.00, then 1.50 / 1.00 / 0.50 — so the commission runs six years from registration. Trial period, free year and test accounts yield no commission. All amounts are final amounts; any VAT is your matter if you are VAT-registered.
3. When and how
Commission arises only from real, completed payments and falls due 30 days after receipt of payment. Payout monthly by bank transfer to your IBAN once at least CHF 50 is due; every payout gets a numbered PDF statement in the promoter area. In case of refund or chargeback the commission lapses; amounts already paid out are offset against the next payout. Objections to a statement within 30 days to support@meeyo.ch.
4. What is not allowed
No self-referral (your own account and accounts in your household), no fake or multiple accounts, no spam or bulk messages without the recipients' consent, no misleading or invented claims (no success rates, no "no. 1"), no approaching minors, no promises in MEEYO's name, no bidding on the MEEYO brand in search engines. You label advertising as such ("advertising"/"ad"/"paid partnership") wherever the law or the platform requires it (Swiss Unfair Competition Act; EU rules against hidden advertising). Only the claims from our material are approved: verified faces, 15 suggestions a day, one price, 14 days free, Founding 500. Violations lead to a warning or exclusion; in case of intentional violation, outstanding commission is forfeited.
5. Material and brand
You receive flyers, banners, story templates, videos and your QR code. You may use them unchanged or with your code and name — not altered, not combined with third-party brands. The MEEYO brand and the material remain our property; the right of use ends with the agreement.
6. Your status
You act independently and on your own account. There is no employment, agency or partnership relationship; you do not represent MEEYO. Taxes and social contributions on commissions are your matter. Companies can register with their UID.
7. Data
We store name, address, IBAN (encrypted), statement e-mail, channels and statements for the duration of the agreement and 10 years thereafter (accounting duty). Of your customers you never see names, e-mails or profiles — only a running number, month of registration and amounts. You process no personal data on our behalf; if interested people give you their contact details, that concerns you, not us.
8. Changes and termination
Either side may terminate at any time by e-mail; commission that is due, or becomes due for customers already attributed, is still paid out under this agreement, except in case of exclusion for intentional violation. Changes to the rates are announced 30 days in advance; they apply to customers registered after they take effect. If MEEYO ceases operation, the agreement ends with payout of what is due.
9. Liability, law, jurisdiction
We are liable for intent and gross negligence. You are liable for damage arising from your advertising claims and violations of section 4. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Baar ZG unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Should a provision be invalid, the rest remains valid. The application with the two ticked boxes (rules, agreement) counts as signature; the app records version, time and IP.
